Yellow Dock promotes bile flow from the liver and assists an under-functioning liver to get rid of toxins, waste products and excess hormones. Stevia has been linked with protecting the liver and reduces bitterness. Raspberries contain ellagin acid which assists in neutralising free radicals and thereby reducing cell damage in the organs. This herbal remedy also helps to prevent gallbladder and kidney stones. Suggested use: Shake well before every use to ensure correct ratio of herbs. Add two teaspoons (around 4g) per cup and always use freshly drawn and boiled water. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste. Add a slice of lemon if desired.
