This herbal formula is based on Mullein and Marshmallow, which help break down the mucus in the lungs and reduce nasal congestion. They effectively calm irritated lungs and airways caused by exposure to air pollution. Elecampane root is often prescribed for asthma and bronchitis in traditional Ayurvedic practices. Anti-inflammatory Lungwort and healing Comfrey help to fight serious respiratory infections. Rosemary is an excellent herb for opening up air passages to allow more oxygen in the bloodstream. Schisandra berry is one of the premier lung tonics of Chinese herbalism; it helps rejuvenation by providing Qi to the lungs which in turn allows the lungs to extract further Qi from the air. Suggested use: Shake well before every use to ensure correct ratio of herbs. Add two teaspoons (around 4g) per cup and always use freshly drawn and boiled water. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste. Add a slice of lemon if desired.
